Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made between 15-30 days will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date are non-refundable.
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemic restrictions), we will offer a full credit for future travel or a partial refund after deducting non-recoverable costs paid to third parties.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after the cancellation is approved.
