3:30 AM hotel pickup. Drive Yamuna Expressway. Reach Agra by 6:00 AM. East Gate entry for sunrise (most photogenic). 2.5 hr guided exploration. Agra breakfast at a rooftop café with Taj view. Agra Fort visit (9:30 AM). Optional: Baby Taj or Mehtab Bagh. Start return by 2:00 PM. Reach Delhi by 5:00 PM.
